Article Review Guideline The review should address the following vital issues: (1) What is the major theme of the article? (2) Did the authors provide enough background information for the intended audience to understand it? (3) Do the researchers clearly develop a major research question, proposition, or hypothesis that is to be evaluated in the empirical study and discussed in this article? (4) What are the theories discussed in the paper and how do they compare? (5) Are the particulars in the research design and methods (e.g., research design, sampling techniques, data collections and analysis methods, and data validity and reliability) appropriately stated?
